Beat me to it, I always time stamp after recap and title..straight to the point!

It's more like 3:30 , if you want to continue where the last episode left off . I too noticed this guy kept giving timestamps that are too early but I think he is just giving the time for when the song ends and story starts .
In this episode it seems like they've put the title a little too late . If we skip to 5:30 we miss a bunch .
